Individuals applying for this position should have the following:
- Prior sales experience in controls or mechanical arena
- Must be able to clearly articulate building automation solutions that our customers are looking for
- Creativity & self-motivation are key attributes to successfully fill this position.
Technicians
Individuals applying for this position should have a minimum of:
- 5 years experience in commercial building components such as HVAC, Electrical & Fire Alarm
- Experience in the building automation industry is a plus
- Competent with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Access & MySQL databases
- Thorough understanding of IP networks
Online Parts Sales
Individuals applying for this position should have:
- Self-motivated & self-starter attitude
- Comfortable catering to new customers, and help setting up sales with new & established customer bases
- Marketing & online business background is a plus
Software Engineer
Individuals applying for this position should have prior experience in:
- Preparing programming per plans and specifications
- Graphic design (Visio or CAD)
- Thorough understanding of mechanical & electrical equipment
